This Privacy Policy describes how Bonzo Finance Labs FZC (referred to herein as "Bonzo Finance Labs", "we", "our", or "us"), collects, uses, shares, and stores personal information of users of its website:https://bonzo.finance(the "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and other domain names offering or linking to the Site offered by Bonzo Finance Labs, use of the Site and any and all services offered by Bonzo Finance Labs are collectively called the "Service." All capitalized terms have their definition in Bonzo Finance Labs'Terms of Service, unless otherwise noted here.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and can enter into a binding contract with Bonzo Finance Labs and are not otherwise prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law. UNDER THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CHILDREN"S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT (COPPA), IF WE RECEIVE INFORMATION DIRECTLY FROM A CHILD UNDER AGE THIRTEEN (13) WE WILL USE THAT INFORMATION ONLY TO RESPOND DIRECTLY TO THAT CHILD (OR THEIR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN) TO INFORM THE CHILD THAT THEY CANNOT USE THE SERVICE. WE WILL THEN DELETE ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CHILD.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected through Third party Websites or services that you may access through the Service or information that you submit to us through email, text message, other electronic messages or offline.

Per the GDPR, you have rights regarding your Personal Information. In regards to your Personal Information, you may request to:

Personal Information may be shared with third parties described in the "Sharing of Personal Information" section above. We do not sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA) Personal Information. Please refer to the "Cookies, Pixel Tags, Analytics Information, and Interest-Based Advertising technologies" sub-section, above, for information regarding the types of third-party cookies and Technologies, if any, that we use. 

The CCPA provides California consumers the right to request to know more details about the categories or specific pieces of Personal Information we collect (including how we use and disclose this Personal Information), to delete their Personal Information, and allows you to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 

California consumers may make a request pursuant to their rights under the CCPA by contacting us per the "Contact Information" section, above. You will need to verify your identity and the reason for your inquiry before any further action is taken. As such, valid government identification may be required. You may, and in order to, designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, must provide a valid power of attorney, the requester's valid government issued identification, and the authorized agent's valid government issued identification.
